Moscow Exchange says admits Astra Group shares to trading Oct 13

MOSCOW, Oct 4 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Exchange has admitted the shares of infrastructure software producer Astra Group, which plans to hold an initial public offering (IPO), to trading from October 13, the bourse said on Wednesday in a statement.

The shares were included in the second quoting list with the ASTR ticker.

Astra Group on Monday said it will hold the IPO on the Moscow Exchange with a free float of 5%. The shares will be offered by the company’s current shareholders.
